None, the download does not exist. Cons. The download does not exist. Microoft wont let you get a good copy of windows, they only let you get what they want. Vista sucks, and 7 aint much better. Your sarcasm is noted. When I wrote the review, I was frustrated that I couldnt just download Media Center by itself. I was also frustrated by MS excluding XP support from its products for the sole purpose of pushing people to the new OS. However, its unimportant. This review was almost 2 years ago, and people should definitely be looking for something else by now, even if its not Windows. Windows 7 is great, but people should go with Ubuntu if the upgrade is cost prohibitive desktop Linux has come a long ways, and the upgrades are free. Also, I know it seems silly to expect that links to XP Media Center Edition point to XP Media Center Edition and not something else. The Good Its a breeze to search for drivers by name or Device. ID at Driver. Pack Solution. You can browse for drivers by device type network card, webcam, sound card, etc. Sony, Dell, Samsung, etc. Plus, you dont need a user account in order to get them just find the version you need and then hit the download button to save it to your computer. Most of them arent even in an archive format, meaning you can just double click the file once its downloaded, and start installing it. The Bad The driver download links I tried were not directly from the driver manufacturers. Its a huge concern but I would feel more comfortable knowing that they were directly from the companies that released the driver.
